Quit Smoking

Many people try to quit smoking, but very few are able to do so. The reason is quite simple. Quit smoking is not an easy task. It requires strong courage and determination. Daily the person needs to fight his/her urge to smoke. University research has shown that if a person can stop his habit of smoking for at least a month, then there are high chances of person quitting it for the rest of his/her life. Science university feels a person can overcome this habit if he is able to divert his attention whenever there is a tendency for him to smoke. To divert the attention from smoking many leisure activities were recommended. These include reading books, playing free online games, watching movies.
